You should check out Tejas Steakhouse & Saloon for the steak section. Great Texas fare at this cool “Texan” steakhouse located on the grounds of Tejas Rodeo. Just outside SA (barely!) in Bulverde. From 1604, take Blanco Road 10 miles, turn right on Specht Road. Go 2 miles and Tejas Steakhouse is on your left!
